Frequently Asked Questions

  • I use Jane App for all virtual sessions. Jane App is HIPAA & PIPEDA compliant and your privacy will be protected.

  • I am currently offering in-person sessions through VOX Mental Health in Barrie, Ontario. Click here to view my online calendar at VOX.

  • I do not offer direct billing. Jane App will send an invoice to the email on file, which you can then submit directly to your insurance company. I recommend confirming that your benefits cover Registered Social Workers before beginning services.

  • Payments can be made through the credit card on your Jane App profile.

  • Everyone’s relationship to therapy is different. Some clients may enter with one specific goal, others may want therapy on an ongoing basis to maintain their mental health. Frequency of sessions and length of treatment will differ person to person.

  • Yes, I do offer sliding scale. This can be something discussed in your first session or consultation with me.

  • If you’re interested in a free phone consultation, you can email me directly. New clients can also book sessions through my Jane App online calendar.

    Once your initial session is booked, you will be prompted to complete your client profile, including an intake form.
